Outbound Training Activity – JOLO®

JOLO® Joy of Learning Outdoors

Training was organized on the 25th & 26th of April at the Lagoona Hotel in Lonavala by Yasham. This sought-after experiential program is a breath of fresh air, especially after the pandemic, when everyone was homebound and socially isolated.
JOLO® is designed such that it focuses on applying the principles of management through experiential learning, and motivating participants to experience, reflect and learn crucial lessons that can be applied back at the workplace in areas of self-management, people management, leadership, and organizational development.
