Polyvinylpyrollidone- fluorine free binder
Function:
- Suitable for use in water based formulations for solvent free zero VOC, Effective binder for solvent based cathodes.
- As a dispersant for water based anode actives, including graphite, carbon black, carbon nanotubes and silicon graphene, also for NMP based cathode actives including lithium iron phosphate.
Two component binder
Function:
- Ensures integrity in ceramic coated separators.
- Unique cross-linking mechanism improves thermal stability to above 170 °C
- High permeability suitable for use at higher charge rates or high voltage
- Unique polymer which promotes adhesion to separators
- Cross linking agent to ensure stability
